1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of payment.
Important Condition
After completing the payment and starting the service, no refund will be initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if:
- Work has already started
- Design or development process has begun
- Client delays or stops communication
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours
- After that, cancellation will not be accepted
